Hyper Consulting Group (HCG) Ltd is a consulting firm established in 2011, working with institutions that need practical, well-executed solutions to multifaceted institutional and market challenges. We support clients across the private sector, civil society, and public institutions in areas including strategy development, people and workforce, marketing and communication, research, policy and advocacy.

We bring together experienced strategy development teams with end-to-end expertise across analysis, design, and implementation; marketing and communication professionals, including SBCC specialists; people and workforce development practitioners; researchers; and policy and advocacy experts, alongside creative professionals. This breadth of expertise allows us to work across the full cycle of institutional change, understanding how institutions operate in practice, identifying structural, technical, and behavioral constraints, and supporting institutional to implement changes that improve performance and endure over time.

HCG’s work starts with careful analysis of an institution’s operating environment, internal systems, and strategic ambitions. We are particularly known for working with institutions to strengthen governance and accountability systems; improve resource mobilisation, fundraising, and financial management; sharpen strategic direction and execution; and build internal capacity across leadership, workforce, and operational functions. Our work also spans applied research, market and institutional studies, policy and advocacy support, strategic communications and marketing, and social and behavior change interventions that translate strategy into action at community, institutional, and systems levels.
